Hospital are within 1 Km range. 28 shops are there in ATS happy trails market itself.Proposed Metro is within 100-150 metre walking from society gate. Colleges are in knowledge park 5. "Superb , the best society in noida extension.. I have booked 1625 3bhk plus study...project is almost complete now and would be handed over by year end. Why I booked ATS despite it was but far from gaur chow is my experience with ATS indirapuram where I was there for 3 years as a tenant and I had amaging experience of living, security, professionalism safety of kids, maintenance, gentry, and build quality of projects and best of landscaping green area, kids play area, pool etc...I m lucky to have a flat of choice in ats as booked in pre book scheme in 2018 only...now the situation is you don't have choice to book directly ,may be any flat in resale .... Are is proposed for Metro, schools are already there , approach road is highway, corner plot, patrol pump nearby, hospital nearby, not much dense area like gaur chowk, green belt, both side open flats, many more, if you get any flat there now go for it, though chances are less , I m getting regular calls for resale and flat is already above 1cr ...."

"The project is located in sector 10 Noida Extension west and is a corner plot with upcoming knowledge park on the opposite side of the road. Location wise it's almost 4-5 km from 1 murti chauk but the drive is serene and hardly takes 5 minutes to reach as no crowding and traffic jams. The construction at the site is at good pace and quality seems satisfactory. It is constructed with Mivan shuttering and not on traditional brick and pillar work. There are 3 sizes of flats 2 plus study (1165 sq feet), 3 plus study (1385 square feet)and bigger 3 plus study (1625 sq feet). This is also the flagship launch of ATS under Homecraft banner and as such ATS should not leave any stones unturned in properly developing this project. Once developed this could be one of the prime projects of the locality."
